Biotech Presales Representative

Position: Dutch Biotech Presales Representative

Location: Fully remote/work from home in Spain

Employment type: Full-time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
- Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities
- Retain and grow the existing base of customers
- Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine or similar fields is necessary
- Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients is nice to have but is not a mandatory requirement
- Passion for innovative technical products and scientific research
- Team player with a great attitude and excellent set of social and communication skills
- Experience working in a lab environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
