Are you a DevOps Engineer with a passion for delivering beautiful products that people love to use?

**What You’ll Do**

As a DevOps Engineer within SAP Learning Systems, you will work with an amazing team of highly talented engineers, designers, and product managers to transform the way the entire SAP ecosystem learns, upskills and how our customers and partners are enabled on our solutions. You will develop advanced technical solutions for the operation and expansion of our learning infrastructure and services and raise them to the next level of quality, supporting and guiding development teams in designing, building, and deploying changes to existing software running on our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting knowledge management in the team and between operations and development
- Understanding load, events and traffic patterns and use that information to ensure we have the proper capacities, ahead of time

Overall, you will ensure excellent quality, maintain high standards in all processes and support field, account executive and consultant colleagues on stakeholder management and delivery.

**What You’ll Bring**

You will also need to have experience with at least one of the full DevOps tool chains, for example, Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Build as well as experience with container orchestration e.g. Docker and Kubernetes.

It would be nice to have an experience on one or more cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, AliCloud, GCP.

Alongside the technical skills required we are looking for DevOps Engineers who have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate appropriately with customers in difficult situations.
