**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Hostess to join our hospitality team at an exclusive hotel (name undisclosed). As the Head Hostess, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service, managing the front-of-house operations, and ensuring seamless dining experiences for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the host/hostess team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellence in guest service.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Manage table seating assignments to optimize guest flow and maximize restaurant capacity.
- Coordinate reservations, including managing the reservation system, confirming bookings, and accommodating special requests.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment, including cleanliness, decor, and ambiance.
- Assist with special events, private dining, and other hospitality functions as needed.
- Monitor and uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and restaurant policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage reservations, seating, and guest inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, such as managing busy shifts or resolving guest complaints.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and restaurant operations preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.

Pay: From 1,400.00€ per month

Work Location: In person
