**Position Summary**:
To manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that takes into account the distribution costs.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Establish the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to ensure Customer Service and satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.
- Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location.
- Establish stock policies for Finished Goods. To do this for Inter Market Supply together with Planners of Producing Markets. Periodically review the stock level of the domestic market and pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
- Analyze exceptions, take business decisions within agreed Framework and adjust planning results accordingly. Establish production requirements for short and long term and to follow up on production plans.
- Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information to respective Stakeholders. Highlighting all supply issues in proper advance. Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs. Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable In accordance with the Business Planning process.
- Challenge Production Planners to manage lot sizes, cycle times to drive optimum Finished Goods inventory and required Freshness level. Also challenge Demand Planner to improve Demand Planning Accuracy.
- Ensures proper Master Data settings and Event Management related SNP visibility (launches, re-launches, discontinuations).
**What will make you successful**:
- Three or more years of relevant operations experience, in at least one of the following areas:
- Factories
- Production
- Foreign Trade
- IMS Factory Logistics
- Other Demand & Supply Planning positions
- OIT (Operations Improvement Team)
- Helpful to have had exposure in Customer Service
- Experience managing stocks will be highly appreciated
- Fluent in English and Spanish
