HNW family is on the hunt for a proficiently experienced house manager for their villas in Ibiza.
- Management & oversee all properties; ensuring consistency of standards, procedures, and services at all times
- Liaise with third party partners and contractors as appropriate to ensure routine and ad hoc services are being maintained to the agreed standards
- Work with the Private PA as necessary to recruit, train and upskill employees and team members
- To oversee, track and work with the Private PA to make sure rental invoices are issued and paid via the agents or direct as appropriate

- Acting as the main point of contact for all guests and the clients when visiting
- To ensure that the properties are maintained to the highest possible standards at all times
- Dealing with inventories of the villas
- To ensure 24/7 365 security of the properties (alarms and locks etc)
- Undertake personal shopping and errand running (dry cleaners, seamstress, flowers groceries etc)

**You must have a European Passport, Spanish speaker and property management experience to apply.**

Days and Hours: High season will be flexible, whilst low season will be more structured

**Salary**: €90,000 gross per annum (DOE)
