Desde **Melt Group** buscamos un **Logistics Manager** con experiência para una **Empresa Multinacional** en **Almería**. Serás el encargado de la planificación y el seguimiento de la operativa diaria y la cadena de suministro de la empresa.

**Funciones**:

- Planificar y gestionar la logística, el almacén, el transporte y los servicios al cliente.
- Dirigir, optimizar y coordinar el ciclo completo de los pedidos.
- Enlace y negociación con proveedores, fabricantes, minoristas y consumidores.
- Realizar un seguimiento de la calidad, la cantidad, los níveles de existencias, los plazos de entrega, los costes de transporte y la eficiencia.
- Organizar el almacén, catalogar las mercancías, planificar las rutas y procesar los envíos.
- Resolver cualquier problema o reclamación que surja.
- Supervisar, entrenar y formar al personal del almacén.
- Cumplir los objetivos de costes, productividad, precisión y puntualidad.
- Mantener métricas y analizar datos para evaluar el rendimiento y aplicar mejoras.
- Cumplir las leyes, reglamentos y requisitos ISO.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência laboral en el sector de la logística.
- Experiência en comercio internacional.
- Buen nível de inglés y otros idiomas valorables.
- Experiência en el sector agroalimentario.
- Excelente capacidad analítica, de resolución de problemas y de organización.
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Logística o Cadena de Suministro.
