**Marketing & Sales Associate**

**Flomics **is a fast-growing biotech company founded in 2018 in Barcelona, focused on
the development of a revolutionary **liquid biopsy **solution for the **early detection of**
**cancer**. Our technology is based on the analysis of **cell-free RNA **in blood, combining
state-of-the-art genomics with sophisticated bioinformatics and machine learning
techniques, to arrive at new cancer biomarker signatures. We can bring a
game-changing revolution to the world of cancer diagnostics, **everything from a**
**single blood sample**

We are looking for a talented and experienced marketing and sales associate with an
entrepreneurial mind and startup attitude to lead and take our Business, Marketing and
Sales department to the next level. As a fast-growing company, this offer comes

**You should have**:

- University degree or equivalent working experience in Life Sciences, Pharma or

related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales &
marketing role
- Detail oriented, posses quantitative and analytical skills
- A result-driven and organized individual
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good project management skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage all phases of the sales cycle. Everything from generating leads and

meeting with potential clients, to final negotiations and deal closing.
- Prepare marketing and sales strategies
- Prepare marketing materials, including commercial catalogs, flyers
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
- Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Participate in biotech events: conferences, congresses and trade fairs.
- Manage and update the company website
