Overview:
The International MBA (IMBA) is IE Business School´s flagship programs. We are ranked among the best MBAs in the world. It is a full-time, 10/15-month program, which can be pursued in English or bilingual. The program is geared toward professionals with at least 5 years job experience looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimed MBA. It enrolls approximately 600 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 60 nationalities per intake.
The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director. This position will co-supervise and manage a team of one program advisor and 3 assistants.
**Responsibilities**:
**Key Action Areas**:
- Project management and responsible for a number of projects: Labs, series of conferences, graduation
- Responsible for the daily management of the 10/15-month, full-time IMBA program.
- Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders (professors and other departments).
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree.
- Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations and/or management experience.
- Occasional international travel, e.g. on exchanges.
- Experience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
