Within the IT department of the Mantu group, you will be in charge of managing IT projects in line with the needs of the group's brands.

**Missions**:

- Customer needs: analyze, understand and formalize the need
- Follow the project from the realization to the delivery (coordinate the participants, lead a team) while respecting the constraints (budget, quality, deadlines)
- Support users following technical changes (meetings, training materials)
- Resource planning
- Animation and management of the project team
- Financial management: budget vs. realization at each project milestone, triggering and monitoring of invoicing
- Regular and detailed reporting
- Escalation of blocking situations or disagreements

In transverse, you manage the project team consisting of consultants, developers, customization and debugging.

**Ideal profile**:

- Graduated with an engineering degree
- An experience of 1-2 in project management (have at least the theoretical skills)
- Knowledge of project management processes and methods (planning, budget, etc.) and associated IT tools
- Master modeling methodologies and tools (UML...)
- Know the standards and procedures of security
- Have technical knowledge to understand the needs and constraints
- Master technical English in an international environment

You are dynamic, proactive and rigorous. You enjoy coordinating and leading teams. The sense of customer relationship is fundamental.
