**Intro**:
At the WKND we create and fully manage premium iGaming brands. Once of our successful brands is looking to form its own dedicated team - this role will be within that team - within our Risk Operational department and reports to the Head of Operations and Senior Risk Analyst.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various risk assessments, including carrying out reviews of player accounts, gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals to detect fraud, abuse, suspect money laundering, and problematic gambling behavior
- Request and process KYC documentation
- Perform enhanced due diligence checks of players to detect and prevent money laundering.
- Communicate with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships with internal and third-party service providers.
- Reduce chargebacks, fraud, and bonus abuse if needed
- Payment processing and troubleshooting
- Monitoring of new and existing player activity to detect and prevent problematic gambling behavior and raise responsible gaming awareness
- Interacting with players who require assistance with Anti Money Laundering or Responsible Gaming matters when required.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience within RG and/or AML related roles
- Experience within an Risk, Fraud and Payments team within the iGaming industry
- Detail Oriented when it comes to dealing with information and documentation to ensure validity.
- Confident working with internal stakeholders from different departments, including customer support
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
