We aim to support people all over the world to make better decisions about their health by providing trusted expertise, breaking taboos and normalizing the “health” conversation so everyone can live life feeling happy, healthy and confident.
We are looking for a results-oriented and dynamic Performance Marketer to join our growing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be tasked with planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various performance channels, particularly Google Advertising, but also encompassing affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and manage high-impact marketing campaigns to achieve the company’s performance goals.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize based on the findings.
- Manage Google Advertising including SEM and Display campaigns. Work on keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Develop, manage and optimize affiliate marketing and other performance channel strategies.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to the team and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, making necessary adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Adhere to budgets while forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of key marketing metrics and the ability to analyze performance data effectively.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
