**Hustler Marketing is looking for a Marketing Director.**

The aim of this position is to provide management and leadership to the Marketing Department in Hustler Marketing while reporting directly to our CEO and working closely with other departments to ensure the marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image of Hustler Marketing, run smoothly. This includes (but is not limited to) taking complete ownership of our Marketing and Branding Funnel while ensuring it remains fully optimized and functional.

**What You Will Do**:

- Joining the Director Department (Management Board) and reporting directly to our CEO while collaborating with the Heads of other departments (Sales, Service, Finance, and HR).
- Taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets and KPIs.
- Leading a growing team of Content Writers, Community Managers, and Designers as direct reports.
- Planning and Implementing Marketing strategies that further the company’s agenda.
- Helping with developing and meeting our yearly and quarterly projections.
- Keeping the overview on our entire branding process and everything related to its adequate functioning.
- Participating in the establishment of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals of the company.
- Uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing services, internally and externally.
- Execute key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.

**Positions Specs**:

- Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability (office hours - below)
- An average of 140hs/ month consistently - tracked
- Fixed Salary for a full-time commitment
- Contractor basis after signing our NDA
- Committing to a 30-day notice after the first month
- Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, the first one is after 3-6 months

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of working experience in a Marketing position with a fast-paced and dynamic business environment (preferably agencies or SaaS companies).
- More than 3 years of experience in a Senior Marketing position.
- Experience in leading a Marketing team of 10+ members is considered a big advantage.
- Strong Communication Skills as well as being fluent in English.
- Working knowledge of eCommerce, Shopify/Klaviyo ecosystem, and other technologies related to the industry is an advantage.
- Available during Office Hours (Mon - Fri, 3-6:00 PM BCN Time).
- Providing guidance and leadership to direct reports (Management & Leadership).
