This role will lead the Innovation and Initiative process in the plant as well as lead the SKU2Market process for initiatives coming from the business or the plant for Valls to ensure the On Time In full (OTIF) implementation of initiatives and innovation relevant to Valls Plant.

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Own and ensure that the local process for innovation and trials is efficient and effective.
- Coordinate the preparation of all the relevant documentation, procedures, plans, etc to execute trials and initiatives in the plant as per current standard and to the appropriate levels of quality.
- Manage the data collection process to show results from trials to facilitate next steps.
- Collaborate with the Finance BP & Ops team to advise of any financial impacts or capacity impacts of initiatives to ensure they are appropriately escalated or mitigated.
- Provide regular communications to the local PLT and external stakeholders (SC and Commercial and PMs) so that they are fully informed of the progress, issues, risks and impact of all initiatives.
- Is the Plant SPOC for SKU2M initiatives and is responsible for ensuring the movement through the relevant gate reviews.
- Attend and participate in all the European SKU2Market calls related to Valls Plant initiatives
- Use the KSUM process to manage initiatives.
- Collaborate with RQNT to align on activities and results to deliver initiatives.
- Coordinate the activities of local SPOCs for innovation and initiatives.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Food Technology, Food Science Engineering or similar background is desirable
- A clear and confident communicator - ensuring style is adapted depending on audience is required
- KSUM level 2 qualification & Project Management experience is desirable
- Fluent Spoken and written English is required
