Desde Manpower, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Área Manager (H/M/X) para selección directa en empresa internacional de producción y comercialización de formatos pequeños Azulejos
Serás responsable, en dependencia del Director Comercial, de contribuir al crecimiento de la cifra de negocio gestionando los clientes de la organización existentes y forjando nuevas relaciones comerciales.
**Principales FUNCIONES y RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Gestión de la cartera de clientes asignados manteniendo con ellos una comunicación activa y constante.
- Realización de estudios de mercado e incremento de la cartera de clientes.
- Redacción de informes de inteligencia competitiva.
- Elaboración del Plan de Cuenta para los 5 clientes más importantes de la cartera y de un presupuesto anual en cada cuenta.
- Revisión trimestral de los objetivos establecidos o presupuestos pactados a principios de año.
- Preparación de Planes de Acción para la consecución de objetivos.
- Mantenimiento del CRM actualizado con la información relevante.
- Coordinación con el área de producción y marketing.
- Apoyo administrativo (reclamaciones, facturas vencidas, gestión de stock)
- Elaboración del reporting de los KPI’s del departamento.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa de al menos 3 años en puestos similares.
- Estudios superiores.
- Usuario avanzado de Word, Excel y Power Point.
- Nível alto de inglés y francés
- Carnet de conducir.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Habilidades comunicativas, de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Competencia para la negociación.
- Orientación a objetivos.
