Description : Buscamos para importante compañia de ambito internacional SALESFORCE Technical Architect and Integration Manager Rol : Salesforce Architect / Integration Manager (Madrid) Responsabilidades : Definir, implementar y revisar solución y procesos a implementar en B2B.

Definir pautas y revisar la implementación de otros proveedores para cumplir con las expectativas (plantilla global) Colaborar con el propietario del producto y los analistas comerciales para traducir los requisitos a Salesforce.

Definir integraciones con otros sistemas. Revisar las solicitudes de extracción y garantizar las mejores prácticas por parte del equipo de desarrollo.

Gestión de lanzamientos,

ocupándose también de las herramientas y procesos (Jira-Bitbucket-Jenkins-Confluence-Salesforce Sandboxes.

- Garantizar la salud de la organización revisando diferentes métricas y asegúrese de que los tickets de soporte se manejen adecuadamente Trabajar con una variedad de funciones de Salesforce : Einstein (AI), sitio de habilitación (My Trailhead), Lightning Scheduler, Data Privacy Center, Shield Encryption.

Experiencia con todo el proceso y tareas de Release Management. Experiencia en capturar proactivamente nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo y proyectos para el cliente.

Actitud proactiva y capacidad para mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y avances en el panorama de la integración, aportando ideas innovadoras al proyecto.

Valorable alguna certificación : Consumer Goods AP, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer, Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Associate.
