funciones:- serás el principal punto de contacto y responsable global del cumplimiento de los estándares y certificaciones de sostenibilidad, informes de sostenibilidad y proyectos relacionados con la responsabilidad social, la trazabilidad y la transparencia.- serás parte del equipo corporativo y guiarás a los equipos locales en los centros de producción de la empresa, para implementar estándares, abordar cualquier problema de incumplimiento y crear hojas de ruta para mejorar dentro de la empresa y sus cadenas de suministro.- participarás en el desarrollo de estrategias,

formulación de objetivos de sostenibilidad e iniciarás y liderarás proyectos con partes interesadas internas y externas.- como miembro del comité directivo de ESG, te centrarás en la responsabilidad social y ayudarás a implementar este tema de manera efectiva en todos los aspectos del negocio.- implementación y gestión de estándares y certificaciones (GRS, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, UN Global) para todos los centros de producción actuales y futuros de la emrpesa en todo el mundo.- gestión global de datos y presentación de informes sobre el desempeño ambiental y social.- contribuir al desarrollo, implementación y seguimiento de la hoja de ruta estratégica de sostenibilidad en la empresa.- realizar evaluaciones periódicas de materialidad y evaluación de riesgos de la cadena de suministro e iniciar acciones y proyectos para abordar los riesgos y lograr los objetivos de la empresa.- cultivar relaciones con partes interesadas y socios relevantes (ONG, grupos industriales, expertos).- representar a la empresa como embajador en ferias y otros eventos.- desarrollar e impartir formaciones para los empleados.perfil:- licenciatura o máster en el campo de la sostenibilidad / responsabilidad social.- mínimo 5 años de experiência laboral y al menos 2 años de experiência en un rol similar o relevante, con un historial comprobado en sostenibilidad y cumplimiento de la cadena de suministro.- experiência en sostenibilidad en el contexto de las cadenas de suministro de moda têxtil.- excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales (inglés).- capacidad de trabajar tanto en equipo como de forma independiente.- experiência laboral adquirida preferiblemente en un entorno internacional.
