We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Front End Developer to join our agile team of professionals.

You are an experienced full stack software engineer with the vision to change the future of learning.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript (technical assessment will be required)
- 3+ years of experience with React
- Degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or related field would be an advantage
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and Typescript
- React knowledge is a must with a hands on portfolio of projects
- Experience with JavaScript libraries (e.g. Apollo, React-spring)
- Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance
- Experience in front-end tools (e.g. Grunt and Gulp JS, Webpack)
- Professional, empathic, team player
- Problem solver, proactive, go getter
- Experience with SQL, PSQL or MongoDB, GraphQL would also be a plus
- English fluency, verbal and written
- BONUS : Experience with React Native

What you'll be working on

- Develop and enhance our platform
- Develop new user-facing features

- Design and develop new applications for various platforms
- Be part of rapid prototyping new products beside our main platform
- Develop specifications and designs for complex applications or modifying / maintaining complex existing applications
- Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
