About the project We are looking for an experienced Q uality Assurance Team Leader to drive our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software for our international client.
This leadership role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing efficient testing strategies, and fostering team development.
Responsibilities Oversee QA activities, ensuring effective testing strategies for both manual and automated tests.
Mentor and support a team of testers, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle.
Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Drive innovation in QA practices by introducing new tools and methodologies.
Requirements Must have requirements: Proven experience leading QA teams in software testing environments.
Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript or Java.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish    Nice to have requirements:   Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
