Bring us your curiosity and capacity to engage people and you can be part of the digital, Omni-channel team that's driving our huge commercial transformation.Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks:As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen and Retail Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring VSM's accountabilities i.E. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance.Skills and Competencies:Should be a graduate of any 4 year courseWith driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmissionMinimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experienceStrong interpersonal skills and knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative sellingWith proven sales/marketing projects and initiativesStrong organization skillsExcellent communication and people skillsWork Location:Lucena Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Lucena sales office.Work Schedule:Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM.What we offer:Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
