Quality Technician

ALTORECRUIT , an international headhunting consultancy specializing in middle management and technical recruitment, is currently seeking a Quality Technician for one of our clients in the plastics industry.
Our client specializes in the production of high-performance materials used in various applications.
This role is crucial to maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement within the company.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Quality Department in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and control processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure product standards are met.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to monitor the quality of products and processes.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on quality performance for internal review.
Ideal Candidate Requirements: • Previous experience as a Quality Technician, ideally in a manufacturing or plastics-related environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards, with experience in quality control processes.
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, with a strong ability to follow procedures and document findings.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) for internal and external coordination.
Working Conditions: • Flexible working hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
• The role will involve office work within the plant.
