Importante Laboratorio fabricante y comercializador de productos de perfumería, higiene personal y cosmética, ubicado en Madrid, desea incorporar a su organización un:**PRODUCT MANAGER SENIOR****Misión**:Será el responsable de la estrategia, planificación, ejecución y lanzamiento de los Productos. Coordinara a todos los implicados en el Producto desde su conceptualización hasta su lanzamiento. Además de darle seguimiento a las ventas del producto, gestión de las incidencias, reclamaciones o mejoras que haya que hacer en el mismo.**Funciones**:- Identifica **qué problemas y necesidades tiene el consumidor** para saber qué productos crear.- **Garantiza que los productos se creen **y entreguen correctamente teniendo en cuenta la propuesta de valor.- **Analiza cómo responden los usuarios** a dichos productos y obtener insights para mejorarlos constantemente.- **Optimizar los procesos anteriores** e identificar constantemente puntos de mejora en los diferentes procesos.- **Definir una visión para el producto** y un claro _roadmap_ con entregables en el tiempo para testar el valor con el mercado.- Analizar periódicamente las **necesidades de los usuarios **para mejorar la entrega de valor. Esto a través de metodologías tanto cualitativas como cuantitativas.- **Analizar las macrotendencias **de su sector y tendencias en la tipología de producto para tener una solución actualizada.- Coordinar y monitorizar la **percepción de la marca y del producto** por los diferentes segmentos de clientes.- Priorizar las funcionalidades del producto traduciéndolo a **ROI**. Es decir, se priorizarán aquellas funcionalidades que generen un mayor retorno en las cuentas de la empresa.**Requisitos**:Imprescindible experiência de al menos 4 años en el sector perfumería, cosmética o higiene personal.Formación universitaria y específica para el puesto.Inglés fluido.**Se ofrece**:Incorporación inmediata a sólida empresa en fase de expansión y crecimiento.Buen ambiente de trabajoContrato indefinidoSalario a negociar en función experiência, no descartando a nadie por este motivo.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinidoSueldo: A partir de 60.000,00€ al añoHorario:- De lunes a viernesExperiência:- Gestión de producto perfumería, cosmética o higiene personal: 4 años (Obligatorio)Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
