Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese outstanding company and worldwide the biggest developer, producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.
DENV is Daikin's sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. The headquarter has Belgian offices in Brussels, Ghent and Ostend, as well as 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Our IT Center EMEA counts 3 departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD) and IT Infrastructure (RUN). Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres: Madrid and Ostend.
You will be part of IT Development in Madrid. The IT Development department in Madrid consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team.
The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.

We are searching for an enthusiastic Salesforce Consultant.
Daikin is focused on digitalization and innovation, so we need to incorporate people with motivation, innovation skills, and eagerness to learn.
Our new colleague must be a strong presenter and facilitator of business solutions, responsible for obtaining user acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision.
Which are the main functions / responsibilities of the role?Instil best practices for development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.Communicate with business, understand the process, and propose good solutions going to global proposals for all the affiliates.Coordinate collaboration with other departments and subcontractors; work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.Interview and collaborate with different departments to identify the IT needs of the enterprise.Develop distributed system architecture and system integration.Prepare budget for the design and execution of IT solutions.Ensure technical and business components of the project are in harmony to meet the needs of the enterprise.Which profile are we searching for? (education, background, specific knowledge required and experience)Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy.Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology in Project Management is a plus.3-5 years of experience in similar roles, working as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications.Knowledge in Field service, Interface (web-service, relay server) is ideal.Hands-on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers, test class definition.Thorough understanding of configuration options.Other knowledge related to CRM tools, SAP integration is a plus.Which are the main skills needed for this position?Strong analytical skills.Time Management and Organization skills to deliver projects within stipulated time.Good communication skills.High level of English is mandatory.What can we offer?Great work environmentHomework 2 days per week.23 days of annual holidays + 86 hours of own affairs (more flexible as you can take hours instead of full days).Lunch Tickets (Sodexo).Health Insurance.Fruit at the office.Office very well connected (in C/Orense).Challenging projects and lots of learning possibilities.
