We're actively looking for a Full-time Paramedic to join our team for medical oversight on a project in Malaga, Washington.
Key Responsibilities: Running the on-site clinic and providing emergency care, wellness support, safety assistance, and customer service to the construction project team.
Collaborating closely with safety, risk management, and workers' compensation programs.
Offering occupational medical care, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and helping reduce risks for workers.
Managing healthcare services, supporting on-site health and wellness initiatives, monitoring treatment plans, and handling case management.
Providing follow-up care and maintaining proper patient records in our system.
Working in coordination with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of Paramedic experience.
Active WA State Paramedic license.
Current BLS certification.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Flexibility with work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in emergency medicine (ambulance or ER).
Previous experience in occupational health.
Managerial experience.
OSHA 30/10 training (training provided).
ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certification.
