This role will also support payroll case management for the countries that you are managing with the local PSC team members.Apart of the previous topics, this role will be responsible for the support of building out of the Payroll Operating model and support the governance and audit controls are in place and maintained by the Global PSC team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Payroll administration and approval and ensure that payroll process is completed in schedule, provide final validation and sign-off for payroll. Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners (Genpact) to ensure smooth service transition
