The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions within the logistics industry.

Major Key Accountabilities

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.

Develop and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of solutions and alignment with business goals.

Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making, developing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Qualifications

Profound knowledge about Business Process Analysis.

Experience
