Job Description: As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will fully understand the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them.

Duties and Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Pastry Department in the kitchen.
Supervise the preparation, baking, and finishing of desserts, breads, and baked goods in accordance with brand standards.
Develop, test, and cost out new recipes and menu items for the pastry area, maintaining updated and accurate recipes and costing.
Continuously rejuvenate pastry offerings to remain relevant and aligned with Six Senses practices.
Monitor food and material waste, ensuring efficient waste removal and composting.
Establish purchasing practices aligned with Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
Instill a cost-focused approach through training and education.
Operate the department in compliance with legal, statutory, and financial requirements, including documentation, reporting, security, safety, and budget controls.
Skills and Experience To fulfill the role of Pastry Chef de Partie, candidates should have:
A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts plus 2+ years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, or equivalent education and culinary experience with specialization in pastry.
Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.
Valid Food Handler Card as required.
Valid EU work permit.
