En dependència de la Responsable, la persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de: Assessorar legalment l'empresa, així com les filials nacionals i internacionals en matèria mercantil.
Elaborar documents en tot tipus de procediments administratius i gestionar els interessos de la companyia davant organismes públics.
Negociar i redactar contractes, addendes i resolucions.
Preparar escriptures i portar a terme tràmits necessaris fins a la seva incorporació al registre corresponent.
Assessorar en tot tipus d'operacions immobiliàries, i preparar contractes i documents jurídics.
Gestionar fusions, adquisicions, dissolucions i liquidacions d'empreses.
Redactar actes i altres documents societaris.
Col·laborar amb qualsevol operació jurídic-mercantil que l'empresa requereixi.

Data publicació: 08/11/2024 Requisits Titulació Es valorarà Requeriments Imprescindible Ets el/la candidat/a ideal si: Disposes de formació en Dret i especialització de Màster en Dret d'Empresa.
Tens 5 anys d'experiència com advocat/a, valorable en un entorn mercantil.
Comptes amb capacitat de treball en equip.
Nivell elevat d'anglès.
Ets una persona metòdica, resolutiva, de bon tracte, amb iniciativa i motivació.
