We are looking for an Integrated Automation Producer with a high level of English to join our team in Madrid. You will manage the projects of a global client, handling multiple projects. Working on the campaigns from start to finish, you will support across administrative tasks, quality assurance, and creative excellence tasks. You will be responsible for cost estimates, timings, scope of work, meeting notes, and project logistics.

We are looking for a person with around 4 – 5 years' experience in advertising agencies/studios, with automation skills and good knowledge of the production processes. The selected person must be highly organized and accustomed to working toward goals.

FUNCTIONS Partner with the Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meetings, scheduling, and sharing contact reports and follow-ups. Manage the automation projects in broadcast, social media & display campaigns. Coordinate with the country leads and project managers of the agency regarding the quality and delivery times of the materials. Produce (and follow) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed upon by all parties. Communicate client requests and project changes quickly and clearly. Coordinate different stakeholders from client and agency teams relevant to project success and facilitate asset delivery. REQUIREMENTS Deep knowledge of broadcast and digital production areas: TVC, display, emailings, and social media campaigns. Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and solution-focused. Well organized and efficient, with demonstrated attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once. An enthusiastic team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills. C1 Level English (comfortable to hold daily communications via email and phone). Nice to have: C1 level French. Passion for automation processes, new technologies, and awareness of emerging trends.
