Job Responsibilities

The Product Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Product administration under the team's responsibility.
  • Monitoring KPI/KRI indicators and establishing remediation plans.
  • Obsolescence management.
  • Software lifecycles managed by the team.
  • Elaboration and execution of plans resulting from audits performed on the infrastructure.
  • Product migrations/upgrades (on-prem-private cloud, private cloud-public cloud).
  • Leading transformation projects on-prem-cloud support teams.
  • Relationships with Product Owners to establish scope and priorities within different Production towers.
  • Technical reference of products for DevOps teams.
  • Leading projects derived from plans established in SCIB.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Linux platform (Redhat).
  • Extensive expertise in installation, configuration, and administration of products such as Appian and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (MFT).
  • Experience working in DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitHub, Rundeck, etc.
  • Expertise in infrastructure and services in public Cloud (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in development work by objectives.
  • Continuous improvement in processes reducing delivery times.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (B2-C1).
