The Role The Workplace Coordinator, based in Madrid, will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment.
This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and supporting the overall functionality and comfort of the workplace.
Additionally, the Workplace Coordinator will handle global tasks, including supporting the management and coordination of our global offices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.What you'll do Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.Global Office Coordination: Support the management and coordination of other global offices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all locations.Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure a safe and functional workplace.Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.Space Planning: Assist and support in planning our office spaces.
Oversee and evaluate office occupancy.Event Support: Assist and support company events, meetings, and activities to foster a positive work environment.Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.Global Workplace Topics: Support and supervise various global workplace initiatives such as managing our global travel management tool, overseeing fleet management, or drafting workplace policies.What you bring to the table 3+ years of professional experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English ; any additional languagewould be a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
