The team is working to bring CRM and other systems together to provide key business intelligence insights to the forefront of our reporting, planning, and strategic growth efforts and build reliable automation solutions that scale with the size and growth of the company. If you are passionate about automating the sales process and connecting and visualizing data to empower, and you have an excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, etc.), a strong desire to build business applications, and design features that connect data and improve the reliability of our systems. You listen to and translate business needs into technical specifications, design and develop solutions, and test and deploy them into production. You have a passion for working cross-functionally and building solutions to support business processes and data flows, and you have strength in solving platform issues with expert troubleshooting skills. This role reports to the AVP of IT Operations. You will work closely with our Sr. Salesforce Developer and Sr. Salesforce Administrator supporting our Channel and Partner team, Data Insights team, and Marketing team.What You Will Do: Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any other relevant considerations (security, scalability, limits).Implement development changes for Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.Designed and implemented integrations using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
