Our global network of delivery hubs not only fosters job growth but also serves as an incubator for cultivating top-tier tech talent, fueling projects that accelerate transformation and modernization.Our team is composed of digital native professionals, who have a wide knowledge in the different stages and disciplines of the digital transformation: Digital Strategy, Infrastructures, Software Development, Creativity and UX/UI Design, Digital Marketing, and Big Data.About the DepartmentThe Advertising Department guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients' businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media).
We always work in the different phases of our clients' Customer Journeys.

Measurement is key, because it allows us to reach our clients' business data.ResponsibilitiesBe the department's go-to resource for best practices on the platform, consulting with teams as requested.Conduct audits of accounts and customer performance, striving for excellence.Act as a strategic consultant to various national and international key accounts across all their Programmatic Strategies, leveraging your extensive technical knowledge.Serve as the technical point of contact for all departments, while continuously developing your skills in different tools.Identify and address inefficiencies through process improvement, implementing new technologies or optimizing their use.Assist in the implementation of various processes across all teams, demonstrating strong organization and a focus on processes and methodologies.RequirementsA proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to adapt to new challenges positively.At least 3 years of experience performing similar roles within marketing agencies or client-side environments.Experience with programmatic platforms, including experience working with DV3 and automation dashboarding.A proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, or Economics.Prior experience working with Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Facebook, or Instagram.Fluency in both spoken and written English.Perks of Joining UsComplete stability with an indefinite job contract.A fixed salary according to your worth and experience, plus a performance-based bonus.Flexible Payment Plan (Restaurant Ticket, Transportation Ticket, Day Care Ticket, and Medical Insurance).Refer a candidate and earn a bonus if they're hiredContinuous feedback model to recognize a job well done.Opportunity to meet our international team with our Ambassadors Program.Flexible working hours and one day a week to work from home.Subsidized training, free language classes, e-learning platform, and more.23 vacation days, plus additional holidays.No dress code; work comfortably.Free daily fruit and vending machine card.Enjoy breaks on our terrace with games available.
