Pensamos en un perfil con experiencia en banca digital o similar, además de experiencia en apps, arquitectura, liderazgo de equipos externos y seguimiento de métricas.Funciones & MisiónSerás el responsable del seguimiento de proyectos de las aplicaciones dentro de un área específica del banco, asegurando que cumplen los requerimientos, son eficientes en costes y cumplen objetivos de calidad, planificación y presupuesto.Es necesaria una visión global del estado de los proyectos en curso y demandas en construcción para reportar en los distintos Comités.Buen nivel de interlocución/comunicación en español e inglésValidar estimaciones, diseño, enfoque y solución.Supervisar la calidad de la entrega del proyecto.Aportar expertise para dirimir potenciales conflictos en la definición o ejecución de la solución.Garantizar la utilización y mantenimiento de los estimadores de costes de proyecto.Supervisar tarifas y productividad del partner en su ámbito aplicativo.Acompañar al usuario para definir los requisitos proponiendo UX, prototipado y redactando épicas e historias.Negociar con el proveedor costes, calendarios y contratos. Es imprescindible haber gestionado budgets considerables previamente.¿Qué valoramos de tu candidatura?Experiencia profesional mínima de 3-5 años en IT como Delivery Manager o similar en sector financiero, ya sea en consultoría o en una entidad bancaria, en especial en el ámbito de Gestión de proyectos.Se valorará muy positivamente disponer de experiencia en Banca Privada/Ahorro Inversión.Conocimientos de programación en Java, Matlab, R, SAS o similar y en motores de DDBB Oracle/SQL Server. Criterio técnico es necesario para esta vacante.Conocimientos en definición / implementación de APIS y sistemas de integración con terceros.Conocimientos/Experiencia en sistemas host, especialmente en el ámbito de Mercados Financieros y en particular en aplicaciones de Gestión de carteras, para aportar una visión end to end.Conocimientos funcionales en productos financieros y Mercado de Capitales.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y/o en gestión de la demanda.Valorable conocimientos o certificaciones en gestión de proyectos y servicios (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Lean,.) y metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban..).Nivel alto de Inglés en conversación y escrito
