.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the renewable energy industry and a proven track record in managing media partnerships, speaking opportunities, sponsored content, and coordinating with PR agencies. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and industry influence.Responsibilities:Media Relations & Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry journalists, and key influencers in the renewable energy sector.Identify and secure media partnership opportunities to amplify PVcase's brand and product visibility.Coordinate and manage media interviews, press releases, and media kits.Panel Speaking & Event Participation: Identify and secure speaking opportunities for PVcase executives and subject matter experts at industry conferences, webinars, and panel discussions.Prepare talking points, presentations, and supporting materials for speaking engagements.Act as a liaison between event organizers and PVcase representatives to ensure smooth participation and maximum exposure.Sponsored Content & Thought Leadership: Develop and manage a sponsored content strategy that aligns with PVcase's marketing and business goals.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling and informative sponsored articles, blog posts, and case studies.Monitor and analyze the performance of sponsored content to optimize future efforts.Public Relations & Agency Coordination: Work closely with PR agencies to develop and execute PR campaigns that enhance PVcase's reputation and market positioning.Ensure consistent and effective communication with PR agencies to align on messaging, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating and editing various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.Ensure all communication materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with PVcase's brand voice and messaging.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a communications role within the renewable energy industry.Native Spanish or English speaker with proficiency in Spanish/English; other languages like French, German, Portuguese, or Italian valued.Knowledge of trade media and mainstream media landscape in climate tech and renewable energy sector.Proven experience in managing media partnerships, securing panel speaking opportunities, and creating sponsored content.Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and industry trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
