Job Specification Actively participate in the review of the financing Agreements. Participate in the closing of complex transactions; Administrationand bookkeeping of transactions; Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period; Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines; Calculate settlements / amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions; Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions: As a global financial services provider, Apex provides Agency services in a variety of jurisdictions; Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and lenders, and the different Loan Admin
