YOUR IMPACT

As Product Designer, you are reporting to our Head of Product Design and are responsible for creating user-centered products.

You work in a cross-functional Product Engineering team together with Product Management and Engineering.

Here's a sneak peek at how you would contribute:

Handle product ideas end to end. You will be empowered to own and manage initiatives from product discovery, research, prototyping, iteration, user testing to delivery and continuous improvements.

Product design mindset. You are a well-rounded designer. You solve tasks, identify problems, and propose solutions, both on UX and UI with product and engineering to come to the best solution.

You will be part of a cross-functional team with its own rituals. Plus, you are part of the Product Design team who you can rely on, share and collect feedback continuously.

Aim for the team to revamp the product from a UI/UX perspective. Set new ways of working for the product team

Present work in various mediums and fidelities throughout the design process.

To succeed in this role, you should:

You're passionate about your job in its true meaning. For example, you'd miss some sleep as you can't stop thinking about a difficult UX challenge.

Basic qualification: 3+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field. Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field;

Graduate degree a plus

Figma is your home ground. You are proficient in Figma and aware of the latest announcements in Config.

You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles: web standards, typography, accessibility, color theory, and layout principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.

Visual thinker. Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.

Be a fluent English speaker.

Be humble. We want to work with people who can truly collaborate and help each other out. With your pragmatic, creative, and communicative approach, you simply bring people together.
