Redactar y crear diferentes tipos de contratos de prestación de servicios y adquisición de materiales en el sector de la construcción de proyectos de energía renovable. Asistencia en procesos de contratación. Analizar e interpretar diferentes cláusulas y condiciones contractuales. Intermediar entre la compañía, los clientes o proveedores. Resolver posibles conflictos por causa del contrato. Participar en negociación de contratos. Asesorar a la compañía sobre asuntos contractuales. Registrar contratos. Documentar y realizar cambios en los contratos. Hacer el seguimiento y la monitorización del cumplimiento de los contratos, maximizando los beneficios y éxito empresarial, y minimizando y auditando los riesgos de los contratos. Gestión de reclamaciones. Garantizar revisiones, aprobaciones y conciliación de variaciones. Cooperar y coordinar con otros departamentos. ¿Qué necesitarás para encajar en el puesto? Estudios Universitarios Nivel alto de Inglés Experiencia de al menos 3 años realizando las funciones encomendadas.
