Synthon HispaniaContribuimos a la misión de Synthon desarrollando, produciendo y coordinando el suministro a nuestros clientes de productos farmacéuticos genéricos asequibles y de alta calidad, basados en la innovación y excelencia operacional, con la colaboración de personas con alto talento y motivación.Entendemos la innovación como la mejora continua y excelencia en todo lo que hacemos, y por motivación, el compromiso que va más allá de cubrir las necesidades de uno mismo, y se centra en las necesidades del resto de personas de la organización, clientes, accionistas, proveedores, Sociedad y Medio Ambiente.Descripción de la ofertaAs Global Director of Operational Product management (OPM), your main job is to Lead and set up operational projects related to launch of new products to the market, complete product  lifecycle  for  commercial  products  and  special  operational  projects  such  us  cost improvement or supply guarantee projects, in scope of capacity, timing and budget.Contribute to create opportunities of improvement and being the engine of changes to give benefit to the activities of the company.  Be  the  example  of  service,  professionalism  and efficiency,  winning  and  keeping  our  customer's  trust  and  performing  a  motivating  and enriching environment where every person gives as much as possible.Strategic position within organization responsible to ensure the success on new product launches and the product lifecycle management for the base line from the company.Global Director of OPM will lead a team of operational project leaders across Synthon network, reporting directly to the VicePresident Global Supply Chain.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage an international team of Project leaders.Ensure the optimal training and development of the people in the department, creating a motivating and enthusiastic environment that promotes high performance and employee engagement.Lead the department resources to achieve the objectives in the most efficient way.Motivate group of people out of the department to achieve the Operational goals defined.Operational Oversight / Decision making: Launches. Support the team to ensure success launch products at Day1 to market.Product  Lifecycle  management  (commercial  products).  Participate  in  the  definition  of  the projects  to  be  executed  to  achieve  the  objectives  of  the  department. Management intra-departmental projects, budget and resources. Supervise project status.Prepare the business case for assigned projects and propose priority setting, based on financial parameters and risk to the business.Manage the multidisciplinary project teams, in the defined framework of scope, time, budget and quality of each project. Product related projects and transversal projects (not product related).Monitor,  prepare  necessary  decision  taking  by  stakeholders  and,  when  necessary,  adjust scope, timelines and project budget.Promote changes that give an added value to the company.Ensure clear communication with all departments (also non-operational) and stakeholders.Participate in the definition with marketing and sales about the internal strategy for the commercial products. Define the priority on the projects within OPM scope which can ensure product continuity and increase value added.Evaluate all decisions taking into account cost quality and timelines and implement it in the most efficient and pragmatic way.Performance Management: Set performance targets for the team.Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and achieve goals.Communication: Ensure transparent and clear communication across the company.Maintain and revise regular update meetings with SLT to review progress on projects, launches and decisions made or required.Technology and Tools: Implement Project management tools and visibility across the company.RequisitosBachelor's degree in life science or others, preferable within Chemistry or Pharmacy.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project management.Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.English level advanced.Ubicación: Sant Boi de Llobregat (España)Tipo de Contrato: IndefinidoJornada laboral: Jornada completaVacantes: 1Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida
