.¿Te apasiona el mundo del marketing digital y, sobre todo, del Trade Marketing y Retail Media? ¿Quieres formar parte de una empresa líder en el sector E-Commerce?En PcComponentes buscamos un especialista en marketing digital (Ad-Ops) que de soporte al departamento comercial (categorias) y el área de Retail Media. Será responsable de garantizar la implementación, ejecución, optimización y reporting de las campañas así como la facturación de estas.El especialista en marketing digital (Ad-Ops) trabajará en estrecha colaboración con todas las partes interesadas, tanto internamente (equipo producto/compras y marketing services) como externamente (marcas) para gestionar las campañas desde las etapas de planificación hasta los informes posteriores a la campaña y análisis de rendimiento.Las funciones principales serán:Garantizar la implementación con diferentes equipos de marketing (email, paid media, social, retail media...), ejecución y optimización exitosa de las campañas de publicidad digital.Recepción de la información y materiales necesarios para poder ejecutar las campañas de una forma efectiva.Generación de reportes al finalizar las campañas y dashboards sobre el estado y el nivel de cumplimiento de objetivos de negocio.Comunicación proactiva y constante para detectar oportunidades comerciales y ventas de servicios de marketing.Gestión del inventario publicitario y productos publicitarios, y detección de oportunidades sobre nuevas soluciones y mejoras en los mismos.Embajador de los productos de Retail Media (PcAds: producto promocionados y banner, PcData, generación de reseñas, otros).Creación de un mapa de oportunidades incrementales de negocio alineado a la estrategia nacional de category management y departamento de Retail MediaEs imprescindible experiencia y amplios conocimientos y gestión de este tipo de campañas de publicidad digital en plataformas de paid media, Adserver, CRM, Retail Media y similar.RequisitosFormación: Grado en ADE, Marketing y publicidad.Gestión de campañas de PPC perfomance. Conocimientos en implementación y optimización de campañas de Paid Media o Retail Media.Conocimiento práctico de plataformas de publicidad digital: Google Ads, Programática (DSP), Meta, Adserver, Retail Media, etc...Experiencia en entornos de agencia, tecnología y/o soporte publicitario gestionando múltiples clientes y campañas con un claro enfoque a la consecución de objetivos.Gestión orientada al logro de objetivos y resultados.Capacidad de comunicación y aptitudes relacionales con clientes/partners.Conocimientos básicos de marketing digital a nivel de funnel de conversión: captación y ventas.Conocimiento del negocio de tecnológico a través de un ecommerce/marketplace.Experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar de al menos 2/3 años.Nivel inglés B2.Valoramos muy positivamente conocimientos en HTML.Habilidades:Fuerte capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
