Their comprehensive range of products and services includes fire detection and suppression systems, security alarms, access control, and monitoring services.Summary :We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for a 6-month project – civil contract/b2b/freelance opportunity only to lead our financial processes transformation project. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution that aligns with business goals and timelines. The role demands a strong individual who can effectively coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth integration of new systems and processes.Responsibilities :Oversee the project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project objectivesManage and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and communicationEngage with senior stakeholders to define project deliverables, set expectations, and communicate progressConduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycleAssist the effort to map current financial processes, identify gaps, and implement standardized processes within the COEDrive the adoption of new processes and systems by preparing and executing detailed change management strategiesPrepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and end-of-project evaluationsSkills & RequirementsSignificant experience in project management, specifically in financial processes optimization or similar fieldsDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and systemsExcellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skillsProficient in project management software and toolsDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale transformation projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to oversee complex business processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and EnglishFamiliarity with a variety of business management software and tools commonly used in financial process optimizationExperience in a COE environmentKnowledge of ERP systems and other financial management tools and applicationsEducation or certification relevant to the field*Travel within Spain may be required for this positionIf you believe that your profile meets the above requirements and you are interested in joining our team, please apply with your CV in English
