About the role: As a Payments Assistant, you will assist with the daily operations of our fund accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and supporting the overall efficiency of our payment system.
This position is based in Girona, Spain and reports to our Fund Administration Manager Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the processing of client payments, including verifying transaction details.
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to payments in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and reconcile payment transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and prepare reports as needed.
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
Basic understanding of payment processing systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
English: fluent level (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Prior experience in a payments support or finance-related role.
