Graduate Engineer Technology area - DigitalizationGlobal Project with an Operator centric approach (Essity Connect)In a world where everyone and everything is connected, we need to create tools and systems that simplify our lives, both at work and beyond. While Industry 4.0 has centered on technologies like the Internet of Things and big data, Industry 5.0 seeks to reintroduce human, environmental, and social considerations into the equation—aiming to integrate and adapt new technologies in service of employees.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Global rollouts and project management related to Essity Connect.Collaborate with internal Global teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.Drive trainings in new way of working.Handle Employee experience and change management as a top priority towards an operator centric approach.Proactively maintain and develop the applications necessary for the right performance of the new way of working.Developing production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain knowledge of the product supply industry.Creating technical skills in different areas (Continuous improvement and TPM).Understanding production processes and work methods to get a deeper knowledge of the factories to identify opportunities of improvement.Identifying Best Practices to improve or generate methods, processes or tools.Who You AreBachelor's degree or Student in a relevant field (e.G., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and project management.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is essential.Temporary contract.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by Essity purpose of break barriers to well-being for the benefit of consumers, patients, care givers, and customers across the globe.
