Das erwartet Dich bei uns : Du leitest ein funktionsübergreifendes Projektteam und führst Geschäftsanalysen für kritische Unternehmensprojekte und Initiativen durch Du agierst als Verbindungsperson zwischen IT und die Fachabteilungen indem Du die Kommunikation und der strategischen Ausrichtung erleichterst. Du führst Geschäftsprozess- und Technologieanalysen durch und empfählst Lösungen, die im besten Interesse des Unternehmens und der IT liegen Du unterstützt bei der Erleichterung aller Aspekte des Projekt-Lebenszyklus-Managements Das bringst Du mit: Abschluss in Informatik, Physik, Telekommunikation, Statistik oder ähnlichem Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) Teamarbeit: Fähigkeit, mit Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, die geografisch an verschiedenen Standorten verteilt sind Proaktivität, Motivationund Bereitschaft, um eine professionelle Karriere aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln Analytisches, logisches und kritisches Denken Solide Problemlösungsfähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, Probleme zu identifizieren und entsprechende Lösungsansätze zu formulieren Sachverstand, Arbeitsunabhängigkeit und Zeitmanagement Umgang mit unklaren Situationen beherrschen Engagiert und positiv Consultingähigkeiten Was wir bieten: Wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt Restaurant-Tickets und Lebensversicherung für jeden Mitarbeiter Flexible Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten Flexible Vergütungspläne, die auf deine Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind (Transportkostenzuschuss, Krankenversicherung, Kindergartenzuschuss, Weiterbildung).
