Tu gran reto será la definición estratégica del diseño de las tiendas, recogiendo las diferentes propuestas de proyectos e iniciativas de todas las áreas de Mango, analizarlas y colaborar en squad con los stakeholders involucrados en el proceso de apertura de tiendas. La evolución de las tiendas y su adaptación al futuro pasa por trabajar de forma colaborativa, rápida y ágil para poder adaptar la experiencia de compra a las necesidades de los clientes, así como buscar soluciones absolutamente omnicanal que permitan fusionar el punto de venta físico con el punto de venta online.EN TU DÍA A DÍA... Ejercerás como Project Manager y responsable de Reporting del área de arquitectura I+D+i de tiendas, canalizando y priorizando las nuevas peticiones de todos los stakeholders.Planificarás y harás seguimiento de los proyectos de mejora continua.Apoyarás y asistirás en las decisiones de soluciones arquitectónicas en tiendas con departamentos como Retail, Visual Merchandising, Escaparatismo, Logística, Tecnología o Expansión.Liderarás proyectos de nuevas implantaciones en tienda (tecnología, IA, online, retail...) con su sucesivo análisis de KPIs.Análisis, gestión y creación de datos, tanto de rentabilidad como de experiencia de cliente.Implantación de soluciones escalables e industrializables.¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI? Estudios de Arquitectura, Interiorismo y/o Diseño de Espacios Retail.Experiencia mínima de 6-10 años gestionando proyectos de tiendas sector fashion.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo colaborativo, liderazgo de proyectos, organización de equipos y análisis de prioridades.Alta capacidad analítica.Conocimiento en procedimientos de implantación de tecnología (software y hardware) para ayudar al dept. de Tecnología en una implantación física en tienda.Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategias de implantación y sus metodologías: Agile, hoshin kanri...Alto conocimiento de programas de dibujo e infografía (Archicad, Sketchup, Autocad) y de programas de gestión como Excel, Presto, Power BI, etc.Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés y valorable otros idiomas.Disponibilidad para viajar el 40-50% de la jornada.¿QUÉ NOS HACE ESPECIALES?
