Apeiron Sumus is looking for a Solution Assessment Consultant to join our team.
This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of Microsoft Azure and Security Solution Assessment projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Someone with high energy, curiosity about the industry, tenacity, and previous Microsoft Technology sales experience.
This person will bring new ideas, have a deep passion for the role, and create ways to attain new accounts.
Responsibilities:
Generate lead flow:Manage and execute activities required to perform Solution Assessments for Microsoft managed customers.
Start the data collection phase, which includes remote installation, configuration, execution of discovery tools, data collection, troubleshooting, data analysis, and creation of the deliverable for the Solution Assessment.
Orchestrate Assessment process:Manage and execute activities required to perform a Solution Assessment in each account.
Manage current accounts:Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create awareness regarding Solution Assessments.
Coordinate remote meetings and calls between leads and the extended Sales Team.
Business forecasting:Maintain an accurate Solution Assessment business forecast, update case activity logs, and develop a clear action plan.
Professional and Technical competencies:
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills
Ability to integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings to support organizational needs
Work with IT systems to support data collection
Self-direction and a focus on quality, applying independent judgment to accomplish objectives
Personal Profile:
Required languages: English and German (German C2 level/Native proficiency)
Open to working in a global environment with different cultures and languages
This is a hybrid position.

Microsoft 365 Certified | Fundamentals | MS-900
Microsoft Certified | Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) | MB-910
