Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in Blue Prism and UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Payments domain. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath. Oversee the development and deployment of robotic process automation (RPA) projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities. Ensure the quality and performance of RPA solutions through rigorous testing. Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes. Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new automation projects. Implement best practices for RPA development and deployment. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of RPA solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA development process. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Blue Prism and UiPath. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit excellent communication skills in Spanish both written and spoken. Have a solid understanding of the Cards and Payments domain. Show proficiency in developing and deploying RPA solutions. Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. Be familiar with best practices in RPA development and deployment. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills. Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in RPA technologies. Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. Exhibit a strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
