It's an exciting time to be part of the founding UK team as we continue our growth here.Our tech stack - Work with cutting-edge technologies We are using the latest technologies, ensuring our team works on innovative and challenging projects: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS and Python, Django on the backend.Your mission:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining a scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development teams to implement and optimise DevOps practices across a variety of projects, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment pipelines and robust system architecture.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.Develop and implement automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.Architect and implement cloud-based solutions that support high availability, disaster recovery, and security.Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of services in production environments.Secure cloud environments by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with security standards.Collaborate with development teams to integrate and promote best DevOps practices, driving continuous integration and deployment.Lead efforts in refining and improving the CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as IAM, EC2, VPC, etc.Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.Solid understanding of containerisation technologies, including Docker.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipeline development.Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation tasks.Preferred Qualifications:Expertise with Kubernetes, EKS and Istio service mesh.Experience with monitoring and logging solutions, such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms.Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.It'll also be an advantage if you have experience in:Finance experience or knowledge of Trading.Knowledge of TradingView.Additional informationThis is a Hybrid role based in either our Central London Office located in The Shard or from our Malaga office located in Muelle Uno port (center), offering you the opportunity to work in a vibrant culture and enjoy an excellent quality of life.Our flexible working hours allow for a great work-life balance, and we provide comprehensive relocation packages for you and your family to ensure a smooth transition and comfortable settling-in process.
