Client Support Manager

Desde Manpower buscamos un/a/x Client Support Manager (H/M/X) para una agencia/promotora ubicada en Murcia.
Tu principal función será estar en contacto con los clientes interesados en comprar una vivienda y comunicarse con ellos sobre cualquier tema que puedan plantear. Además, actuarás como enlace interno con los distintos departamentos de la empresa (arquitectura, construcción, finanzas, mantenimiento, etc.). Si es necesario, también serás responsable de organizar reuniones individuales con el cliente y el departamento correspondiente.-Actitud proactiva y responsable. Motivación con el trabajo en equipo, satisfacción en la consecución de resultados de calidad y flexibilidad al cambio.?
-Se requiere experiencia mínima de 6 años en soporte/seguimiento administrativo de clientes, vía e-mail y/o teléfono.
-Se requiere ????experiencia mínima de 3 años en empresas del sector inmobiliario.
-Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
-FP de Grado Medio o Superior en Gestión Administrativa.
-Requisito indispensable nivel C1 de inglés, hablado y escrito (ya que se tratar? con clientes extranjeros).
