Für unseren Standort in Barcelona suchen wir ab sofort einen Operational Procurement Specialist. Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortung: Operativer Einkauf von Produktions- und Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie Betriebsmitteln, einschliesslich Ausführung und Überwachung von Bestellungen, Terminverfolgung und Bestandsüberwachung Erstellung von Bestellungen im SAP und Überprüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kreditorenbuchhaltungsteam, um die fristgerechte Bearbeitung und Ausführung von Lieferantenrechnungen sicherzustellen Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen strategische Beschaffung, Fertigung, Vertrieb, Marketing und Supply Chain Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betrieb, externen Lieferanten und allen Schnittstellen, um die rechtzeitige Versorgung mit allen für die Produktion benötigten Rohstoffen zu gewährleisten Verantwortung über die Belange des Einkaufs im S&OP-Prozess (Produktionsplanung) und Erteilung von verbindlichen Auskünften zu Lieferterminen Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlussverfahren und Audits Verantwortung für die optimale Balance zwischen Materialverfügbarkeit und Mindestbeständen bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung der Lieferbereitschaft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Materialdisponenten Stammdatenpflege im SAP und Dokumentation der Bestellprozesse Proaktive Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts- und Kostenaspekten Qualifikationen und Erfahrung: Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung Relevante Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Procurement/ Logistics oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in einer auf Zulieferer und/oder Beschaffung ausgerichteten Organisation Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und mit verschiedenen Managementebenen in Kontakt zu treten Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse in Material Management (MM), einschliesslich MRP, PUR, Bestellungserstellung, Vorlaufzeiten Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse: Erstellung und Bearbeitung von PivotTabellen sowie Datenanalyse und -visualisierung, Erfahrung mit der VBA Programmierung zur Automatisierung von Aufgaben und Erstellung von Makros ist ein Plus Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise Hervorragende Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Beziehungen mit einer ausgeprägten Mentalität zur Betreuung von Lieferanten Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten Arxada verfügt über ein Weltklasseangebot in drei verschiedenen Bereichen: Consumer Microbial Control (CMC) konzentriert sich auf die Bedrohung, die Mikroorganismen für den Menschen darstellen, mit Produkten für die Bereiche Lebensmittel und Getränke, professionelle Hygiene, Haushalts- und Körperpflege, Pflanzenschutz und Holzschutz. Industrial Microbial Control (IMC) liefert antimikrobielle Mittel und Hochleistungsadditive für die Kunststoff-, Energie-, Textil- und andere Industrien sowie Trockenfilm- und Nasskonservierungsmittel für Farben und Beschichtungen, die im Bauwesen und in der Schifffahrt Schutz bieten und die Effizienz verbessern. Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) liefert Materialien für die Herstellung von Verbundwerkstoffen für die Elektronik-, Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie und andere Märkte sowie Vitamine und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Chemikalien und HochleistungsZwischenprodukte sowie Rohstoffe für eine breite Palette von Hochleistungsanwendungen.
