Tes missions en tant que SEO Manager : Ensemble avec Giacomo, Head of Digital Marketing, vous définirez et mettrez en place les stratégies SEO ainsi que la roadmap pour notre marché le plus important : • Stratégie et Gestion de Projets : identification et priorisation des opportunités de croissance (recherche de mots-clés, structures de site web, évaluation des besoins en contenu,...) pour établir des feuilles de route et des plans d'action; • Management : tu seras en charge de la coordination d'une équipe de plus de 10 personnes : mentorat et coaching, priorisation, recrutement; • Analyse des données : tu auras la responsabilité totale du tunnel SEO pour ton marché : analyse hebdomadaire/mensuelle des performances, gestion des tableaux de bord, analyses ponctuelles sur des indicateurs clés comme les revenus, le trafic, la part de marché, etc.
Afin de trouver des opportunités de croissance; • Optimisation on-site : tu garantiras la qualité du contenu publié sur nos sites web et assurera la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques SEO sur nos plateformes (liens internes, balises, optimisation de l'exploration, sémantique,...) en France, en Espagne ou en Italie; • Optimisation off-site : tu mettras en place les interactions avec d'autres sites web (réseaux sociaux, presse) pour améliorer notre visibilité (création de liens) et lanceras des campagnes marketing ciblées en fonction de la stratégie de croissance de papernest About you : Expérience de 4 à 7 ans dans le domaine du Marketing Digital, de préférence avec une expertise en SEO (à la fois on-page et off-page) ou en tant que consultant Solides compétences analytiques, avec une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel Français et anglais courant, l'italien ou l'espagnol sont un plus Esprit entrepreneurial, fast-learner, proactif.ve, enthousiaste, tu aimes travailler en équipe et tu adores tester et mettre en place de nouvelles solutions
